Nicholas M. Ranieri is an Associate at Maley Givens, P.C. He concentrates his practice in local government, redevelopment law, commercial real estate, real estate finance, and land use law and has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ranieri served as in-house counsel and compliance officer to a mortgage bank and had previously worked for several years in compliance for JPMorgan Chase in the areas of consumer and commercial banking and financial crimes compliance.
Mr. Ranieri has provided counsel to municipalities in the areas of local government law, redevelopment law, the sale and acquisition of property, tax appeals, and labor law.
He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
