Erin E. Simone is an Associate at Maley Givens, P.C. She concentrates her practice in land use, local government, appellate practice, redevelopment law and real estate redevelopment, and commercial litigation. Ms. Simone has experience in every aspect of litigation and trial on issues ranging from toxic tort to condemnation and zoning appeals. She has litigated matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal trials and appellate courts, as well as cases before the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Simone served as the New Jersey Department of Agriculture’s Legal and Legislative Affairs Specialist prior to joining Maley Givens. She also previously served as a representative on the New Jersey Brownfields Redevelopment Task Force.
