Emily K. Givens is a Partner at Maley Givens, P.C. Ms. Givens concentrates her practice in land use, redevelopment law and real estate redevelopment for municipalities and private developers, commercial development applications to local zoning and planning boards, and local government law. Ms. Givens also has experience litigating land use and redevelopment cases in state and federal courts.
Ms. Givens regularly represents developers and builders before land use boards throughout the State of New Jersey, as well as successfully processing all federal and state development approvals for wetland and environmental issues and coastal regulation. Ms. Givens has provided counsel to municipal governing bodies and land use boards during the redevelopment designation and implementation process.
Ms. Givens is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also an active member in her community. She is a founding member of the Haddon Heights Neighbors Night Out Committee.
